Alpha Nextgen’s Enterprise practice delivers the full spectrum of urban surveillance, enterprise networking, and IP infrastructure services from technical site surveys and civil foundations through to HD camera commissioning, OSP fibre deployment, datacom integration, and multi-year operations and maintenance. Surveys
Every successful enterprise deployment starts with accurate information. Our technical survey teams conduct end-to-end physical site inspections gathering the detailed site data needed to plan, design, and execute network deployment and expansion projects. We provide technical survey services to enterprise clients including government authorities, operators, and corporates.

HD Camera Commissioning & Integration
Alpha Nextgen has commissioned and integrated thousands of HD surveillance cameras for Pakistan’s national Safe City programmes and major enterprise clients including Punjab Police and NADRA. Our teams manage end-to-end camera installation, configuration, integration, and testing across pole-mounted, building-mounted, and tower-mounted installations.

Civil Works &
Infrastructure
Our civil teams deliver the physical infrastructure that underpins every enterprise deployment including foundation works, excavation, pole supply and installation, anti-theft wall construction, tower erection, and all associated civil works. We have completed civil work across 1,800+ sites.

OSP / Outside Plant & Fibre Deployment
Alpha Nextgen delivers complete civil works for OSP projects covering trenching, duct installation, handhole placement, optical fibre cable pulling, and splicing. We have deployed 80+ km of optical fibre and delivered 70km of OSP for the Lahore Safe City project alone.

Datacom & Network
Integration
Our datacom teams deliver complete server room installations racks, servers, switches, routers, UPS and provide configuration and commissioning services. We have deployed complete datacom infrastructure inside 20 police stations for the Islamabad Safe City programme.

Maintenance
Alpha Nextgen provided complete 2-year O&M for Islamabad Safe City and 3-year O&M for Lahore Safe City maintaining camera connectivity, equipment uptime, and network performance at national scale. Our O&M practice covers preventive maintenance, corrective response, and 24/7 NOC support.
